Priyanka Doshi spent over a decade in private wealth management before founding Nestify Realty Ventures — a RERA-approved real estate brokerage and advisory firm — because she kept watching her clients make the most consequential financial decision of their lives with the least amount of genuine guidance.
Every broker had a developer incentive. Every channel partner had a quota. Nobody was actually in the buyer's corner.
Nestify was her answer. A fully licensed real estate brokerage built around a simple premise: that the right broker earns no commission from the developer, presents no sponsored inventory, and measures success only by the long-term satisfaction of each client.
Today, Priyanka leads brokerage and advisory across Mumbai and Dubai, personally curating every property on Nestify's platform and maintaining a deliberately small client roster — because genuine brokerage cannot be scaled without being diluted.
